Dave Kmita & Todd Baker, our founding team
Keeping a yard looking good shouldn’t mean coordinating a mowing company, a sprinkler company, a lighting installer and a tree service. We started LawnValue so one company could do all of it, and so you could spend less time managing services and more time out on the patio.
We’re locally owned and operated, based at 5030 Carothers Pkwy in Franklin, and we work the towns we live in, from Brentwood and Nolensville to Murfreesboro and Gallatin. Our crews look after over 300 properties in Middle Tennessee, Cardel Village and Columbia State Community College among them.
How we work is plain: honest communication, dependable service, and doing the job right the first time. We treat every yard the way we’d treat our own.
