Our landscape construction division handles large-scale projects for developer and general contractor partners. The crews manage every part of the landscape on new and existing properties, and they build and maintain those spaces to the standard we would want on our own. Builders get reliability, careful work and quality we are glad to put our name on.
We want long-term partnerships in the construction industry across Middle Tennessee, and we take projects up to a 200-mile radius from Nashville. The work runs from grading and drainage, erosion control and new-build lot grading to large retaining walls, demolition and haul-off, pavilions, playgrounds, bioponds, monument signs, and sports fields and courts.
Amenity centers are a specialty. A full buildout takes a site from prep and grading through construction, hardscapes and finishing work: initial excavation and grading, a cedar-wrapped pavilion, a custom pergola swing, a large cement pad and walkway, an asphalt regulation pickleball court, a design-build irrigation system, a crushed-granite walking trail, sod, custom stone planter boxes, fencing, lighting and full landscaping. Partners we trust include Somerby Franklin and Central Logistics Park in Lebanon. Prep and grading, construction and the finished grounds, by one division.
For a new office building, we did a full update of the rear gathering area. The crew demolished pavers and concrete for new plant beds, put in a putting green and an entertainment area with a stage, and installed over 1,000 plants across the campus. After the December 2022 freeze, we removed and replaced more than 600 damaged plants. We also dropped and removed 31 large trees, spread over 1,000 bales of pine straw, installed a 75-zone irrigation system over 5 acres of Bermuda sod, planted over 1,200 shrubs and 500 larger trees, spread more than 250 yards of mulch, and handled drainage and erosion control.
