LawnValue in College Grove
College Grove is in Williamson County, the county our founders, Dave Kmita and Todd Baker, call home. Both of them live in Franklin, and our office is there at 5030 Carothers Pkwy, so a College Grove yard gets the same team and the same app as every other customer in the county. In their words: “Meeting new neighbors and helping keep the area beautiful make this job rewarding and exciting!”
We won’t pretend to know your land before we’ve seen it. Here is what we can do on it: lawn maintenance subscriptions that bill through the app, privacy tree landscaping, fencing and decking, and excavation, grading and drainage when water needs a better place to go.
Closer to the office, Columbia State Community College’s Franklin campus is on our commercial list, and Somerby Franklin is one of the partners named on our landscape construction page.
You can be set up before lunch. Tap Get Started in the app, pick what you want done, and our pros take it from there; the first mowing comes at 50% off.

Who owns the lawn care company serving College Grove?
LawnValue’s Tennessee founders are Dave Kmita and Todd Baker, and both of them live in Franklin. Between them they bring a background in designing and installing landscapes, hardscapes, lighting and irrigation systems. College Grove customers are served from the same Franklin office the two of them run.
Can I get a lawn maintenance subscription in College Grove?
Yes. A College Grove lawn can go on a lawn maintenance subscription, and the subscription is billed through the LawnValue app, so there is no invoice to track down. You set the services you want, the pros show up on the schedule, and you leave feedback after each visit from your phone.
Does LawnValue plant privacy trees in College Grove?
Yes. Privacy tree landscaping is one of our services in College Grove. When you sign up, we send you a visual that shows which plants go where, so the trees screen the view and still look natural. Our crews then plant them and can maintain them afterward.
Can LawnValue fix standing water in a College Grove yard?
Yes. Our excavation, grading and drainage service handles yards where water pools and ruins the grass. For a College Grove property we send one of our seasoned pros to look at the ground and recommend the fix, and our heavy machinery crews do the work. We take on projects of every size.
