Gates matter. If any way into a grassy area is narrower than 48 inches, a $10 fee is added to that visit, and a locked gate means the crew can’t get in at all. Grass standing taller than 6 inches takes longer to cut and can carry an added fee; we tell you first, and suggest a tighter schedule if it keeps happening. Rain or a soaked yard can push a visit back, and the new date shows up in the app. Not happy with a cut? We fix it, or you don’t pay.

Each visit covers mowing of all accessible grass, edging along beds and walkways, and blowing grass clippings off the walks. The crew can’t mow behind a locked gate, so leave access open on your service day. Watering and feeding the lawn between visits stays with the homeowner.
Do you still mow lawns in Middle Tennessee when it rains?
Bad weather can push a mowing to a later date that we set once it clears, and we update the new date in the app. We may also hold off when the yard is too soaked to mow safely, even on a day when it isn’t raining.
Can I cancel lawn mowing after getting 50% off the first cut?
Yes, you can cancel at any time. If you chose weekly or every-other-week mowing and received half off your first mow, cancelling before 3 total mows means the original 50% discount is charged back. After the third mow, the discount is yours to keep.
