How many services does LawnValue offer in Tennessee?
Thirty services have their own pages here, in five groups: lawn care and maintenance, custom landscape projects, custom hardscape projects, irrigation and lighting, and a final group covering fencing, pressure washing, drainage, snow plowing and firewood. Window cleaning and trash bin cleaning are offered too, without pages of their own.
Can I put all my LawnValue services on one account?
Yes. Every service, from mowing and mulching to a pergola or an irrigation repair, lives on one LawnValue account in the app, with one place to pay, schedule and send feedback. Most of our customers use it that way: 75% sign up for more than one service.
Does LawnValue work on commercial properties as well as homes?
Yes. We serve homeowners, HOAs and commercial properties. Commercial and HOA clients sign full-service maintenance contracts, and developers and general contractors work with our landscape construction division on large builds such as amenity centers, crushed-granite walking trails and regulation pickleball courts.
Which LawnValue services depend on the season?
Several. Irrigation start-ups happen in spring and winterizing blow-outs in fall, aeration and overseeding go in the fall for Fescue and late spring for Bermuda, and leaf removal and yard clean-up follow the seasons. Winter brings snow plowing, with same-day turnaround, and holiday lighting.
